Alderley Edge has lots of lovely walked in the woodland which is owned by the Nationla Trust. There are different routes and brilliant views over the Cheshire countryside. There is a small woodland play area and The Wizard Tearoom to isit after your walk ith outdoor seating.

Millennium Walkway in New Mills Family Walks in Cheshire. I love a good walk, and even better if it has a beautiful view or a trig point. Sometimes children can find walking boring or tough going so I've tried to include walks which are interesting and not too challenging. Most of these walks my own daughters have done who are 9 and 12. A cafe or a place to get an ice cream is always a bonus on a walk and my girls love a trail to find things along the way.
