The Cobbles Tea Room
Hidden behind St Luke's Church, in an 18th Century Grade II Listed Georgian Town House. The Tearoom is run by Janet and a small team. Their menu has a brilliant choice of breakfast and lunch items, all of which are homemade on the premises and the portions are nothing to be grumbled at. They offer lighter lunches such as sandwiches, paninis, salads and when asked what their soup of the day is you are usually greeted by a list of about 6 or 7 to choose from. They also offer some amazing hearty meals like lasagne, freshly made pies, chilli, scampi and the classic farmhouse ham, eggs and chips.
