⛳Family Friendly Visit
When the Easter Holidays brought a downpour, my daughter and I quickly booked in at Junkyard Golf in Liverpool for a round of 9-hole indoor golf
We took on the Gary course, a chaotic wonderland of neon madness, quirky obstacles, and interesting challenges. The whole place is like a crazy mash-up of a mini golf course, a club, and an art installation – flashing lights, bold colors, and just the right amount of madness to keep you grinning the entire way round.

There are 3 different courses at Junkyard Golf Liverpool:
🎪 Bozo – Circus Fear-Ground
Step into a twisted carnival on the Bozo course, where creepy clowns and eerie fairground attractions await. Navigate through a hall of mirrors, dodge sinister circus performers, and putt your way past a haunted Ferris wheel. It's a spine-chilling adventure for those who dare to face their fears.
🌴 Pablo – Polluted Paradise
Embark on a journey through a jungle that's seen better days on the Pablo course. Encounter toxic tree frogs, a deep cave bear wrestling cage, and even a Rihanna-themed forest bathroom. Finish your expedition at the oil-soaked shores of Rio-On-Sea.
🚗 Gary – 90s Garage Scrapyard
Relive the 90s in the Gary course, a scrapyard filled with nostalgic chaos. Putt through written-off cars, slide off the roof of a smashed-up mini, and dance your way through a UV-lit garage rave room. It's a throwback adventure with a funky twist.

Junkyard Golf offers loads of deals depending on how many games you want to play. A family of four can enjoy a 9-hole round (off-peak) for just £25 April 2025 price – a great bargain for such a fun, easy-to-plan outing. It’s ideal for spontaneous plans and guaranteed entertainment without the hefty price tag.
The course itself was brilliantly bonkers. each hole had its own little twist and challenge, and we were laughing the whole time (sometimes at our terrible shots, sometimes at the wild décor). One room was splattered in neon paint, pumping with club beats, and had us dancing between shots. The glow-in-the-dark clubs and balls were a hit too.
There’s a great energy to the place – the music, the lights, the whole vibe just puts you in a good mood.

Cocktails & Street Food Vibes
There’s a fully stocked bar serving up colourful, Instagram-worthy cocktails (many with sweets or retro twists), alongside beers and non-alcoholic options. Expect names like "Hotline Ting" or "Bubblegum Sunset."
We wrapped up our visit with a couple of funky mocktails – bright, fruity, and perfect for a post-putt toast. These were so much fun and quirky and finished off our visit perfectly.

We went in looking for shelter from the rain and ended up finding a brilliant indoor spot in Liverpool.
Would recommend for families, friends, or even a cheeky date night – just be ready to bring your A-game and your best dance moves!
