Pumpkin Patch

The Creepy Cow Shed is a true pumpkin patch, the pumpkins are grown right there, and you get to pick them straight from the plant, which I absolutely love. Another thing I really enjoy about their patch is the variety, there are always some really unique and interesting pumpkins hidden among the vines. I was thrilled to find a star-shaped one growing there, and my daughter loved getting to pull it straight off the plant herself. The Creepy Cow Shed also seems to have an endless supply of massive pumpkins every year. I don’t know how they do it, but there are always plenty of big ones!

Photo Opportunities

The patch is the perfect spot for capturing some fun, autumnal photos. You can snap a picture walking through the Creepy Cow Shed arch, gather the whole family on the giant steps for a group shot, or strike a pose in the doorway of the pumpkin house.

What Else Is There

There’s plenty more to enjoy at The Creepy Cow Shed! You’ll find face painting by @wizard_of_arts2024 and a dog show every Saturday, making it a fun day out for the whole family.

Food & Drink

Of course, there’s the usual milk vending machines and The Little Cow Shed Kitchen, which serves up delicious breakfast baps. But during the weekends when the pumpkin patch is open, you’ll also find Layers Treats selling incredible brownies and giant slabs of chocolate, as well as their food van offering crepes, warm brownies, pots of strawberries with melted chocolate, and milkshakes — basically, everything that’s utterly delicious!

For the Saturday Twilight sessions, you can also grab a freshly made pizza from Wild Fire Pizza Co, the perfect way to end a cozy autumn evening at The Creepy Cow Shed.

Pair It With a Walk

Right next door to The Little Cow Shed is Brereton Heath Nature Reserve, a beautiful spot that’s perfect for a stroll before or after your pumpkin picking. The reserve features peaceful woodland trails and a scenic lake that’s ideal for a gentle walk or a scooter ride. Whether you’re taking the kids for a wander, walking the dog, or just soaking up the autumn colours, it’s a lovely way to make a full day out of your visit to The Creepy Cow Shed.
