Santa and his elves will be popping up in lots of different places all over Cheshire this Christmas. You can find him in his magical Grotto where your little ones can ask for that extra special gift. Lots of Santa visits also include lots of fun Christmassy activities including writing that special letter to the big man, making reindeer food or getting a yummy hot chocolate to warm those little hands.
Be quick to book your slot as he will be heading back to the North Pole to start loading up his sleigh.

This is an amazing experience which lasts about an hour in total. We have been to last two years and is our favourite Santa experience. It was fantastic being on the island with the elves. They had my daughter giggling and all the activities on the way to meet Santa were really lovely and magical.
Your experience will begin with an enchanting boat journey across the lake to seek out the island of Santa and his elves. The elves will welcome you with their all time favourite treat, a gooey smore, to enjoy whilst listening to the story of how their adventure began. Head into the tipi to sit and listen to a Christmas tale. Head to the next part of the island for toy making, writing your letter to Santa, meeting the cheeky elves before you finally find Santa sitting in his gorgeous Grotto.

We visited Jingleville ourselves the last two years, the girls had a brilliant time and enjoyed the fact there were so many activities to do before seeing Santa. They especially enjoyed making their own teddy and picking any toy from Santa's Workshop.

After your Santa visit, you can then follow the cavern walk way to see the spectacular Poole’s Cavern formations illuminated for the festive season. The cavern visit takes around 30 minutes but you can follow the path at your own pace. This is an award-winning, enchanting Christmas experience located at the National Forest Adventure Farm in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire. This magical journey, lasting over an hour and a half, transports you straight to the heart of the wondrous North Pole!
Explore a charming Victorian Village and decorating delicious gingerbread treats to fixing toy machines in the Elves workshop, having delightful conversations with the magical talking Polar Bear and truly so much more!
And no visit to the North Pole would be complete without meeting the man himself—Father Christmas!

🎅 THE POLAR EXPRESS™ 2025 Christmas Train Ride with Churnet Valley Railway

This just-over-an-hour-long family-friendly adventure departs from Froghall Station on the Churnet Valley Line in Staffordshire, from where it heads directly towards the Frozen North to pick Santa Claus up for the return journey. Onboard, guests are treated to a festive polar extravaganza true to the book and movie, down to the very last drop of hot chocolate. Dont forget to wear your pyjamers!
Churnet Valley Railway's Polar Express is famous for:

🎅 Visit Santa Claus at Pleasure Beach Resort!

Guided by elves through Pleasure Beach’s very own grotto, children will walk through a magical interactive walkway where they’ll decorate a bauble to take home, collect reindeer food and a magic key, and of course meet Santa himself (with a little present included too).
With their ticket, children can also take a trip down the rabbit hole with a ride on Alice in Wonderland, then enjoy hot chocolate with marshmallows – a proper winter warmer!

The magic will begin with a festive tractor and trailer ride from our car park and back to the Christmassy barn where you will enjoy a warm drink and decorate your very own gingerbread man! Once you’re all warmed up, you can write letters to Father Christmas, make magical reindeer food, enjoy playing some elf games, visit our themed role play areas, use our photo props and much more. After all of that excitement, you will make a wish upon a star before entering our traditional, magical and cosy grotto for a personal and unforgettable meeting with Father Christmas. Finally, you will meet their animals before heading home full of festive cheer!
🎅 Follies Safari at Hawkstone Follies
Arrive at Hawkstone Park Hotel and check in for your trip. After a warming festive drink you’ll be whisked off in one of our Land Rovers across the Park, under the Wishing Arch and up the steep hill to Santa’s spectacular network of caves.
Wander around the decorated, fairy-lit caverns and tunnels until you finally arrive at your destination – the magical grotto itself! Where every child is greeted by Santa and gets a gift.
Tickets are per vehicle and vehicles can take up to 8 peoppe so great for 2 families of 4.

🎅Storytime with Santa at Bidlea Dairy near Holmes Chapel
8th, 15th and 21st December at 11am.
Children can write letters to Santa, sing with Santa's elf, make some reindeer food, Santa will read a story and give each child a small gift plus each child can choose a Diddy ice cream.
Children are £9.50 and no charge for adults.

This Christmas bring the whole family to Peak Wildlife Park to meet Santa in his magical grotto! The elves have some Christmas crafts planned for all to enjoy and are on hand to help you write your letter to Santa before visiting the man himself for an early festive treat.
