Pumpkin Picking is a great autumn tradition There are lots of family farms in Cheshire that grow own pumpkins and you can literally pick them off the stem time for Halloween. You can get your wheelbarrow and walk up and down the rows to select the perfect pumpkin to take home. Whether you like larger pumpkins or mini pumpkins, these beautiful farms have lots of different varieties of pumpkin.
As well as the opportunity to pick pumpkins, some of the farms also offer carving facilities on site (so no more pumpkin mess at home), Halloween trails, maize mazes, play areas, fancy dress competitions, delicious food and drink facilities (I personally love a warm hot chocolate or an autumn flavoured ice cream) and much more to entertain your little ones this spooky season!
